feeling massive guilt for not doing the job ok

Whenever I don't do something right at a job or didn't think fast enough I plunge into this dreadful guilt trip, but like really massive one. Why????

I am. I'm massively afraid of fucking up, giving the wrong impression, being fired now that I didn't think something fast enough
