what do you do to ease anxiety?
i tend to get anxious when i'm in bed before i fall asleep.
i lose a lot of sleep that way.
i've been doing some yoga and trying to eat healthier, but it's still here.
by anxiety, i also mean i tend to think about death a lot.
it's getting outta hand.
i doubt it's to the extent of some sort of axienty disorder, though.
any suggestions?
