It's hard to be creative in this instance. Coping skills are important. Be careful what you hate.

What irritates us is often something we have repressed in ourselves because it was socially or personally uncomfortable behavior or attitude. Eventually you may want to investigate the traits of the people who irritate you. What is it that brings up such negative emotions? What are your triggers? Unfortunately, the object of your hate has little to do with the real problem. Avoidance is a sign of your own fear of facing the uncomfortable things in your world.
You might find gold hidden under your hatred. Hatred is mostly fear-based.
