| If its something that happened to me through no fault of my own I usually mope about for a while and feel depressed etc.
If its a mistake I made, I get annoyed with myself and resolve not to make the same one again.
I usually dwell on it for a while, from time to time, and eventually forget about it.
I guess thats more my behaviour.
I treat myself the same afterwards I guess.
There's no point in beating yourself up about it, its not like anyone can change the past, nor are you the first person to make mistakes!
Why do you think you mess up daily?
Thats pretty negative to assume that automatically.
