Because alcohol is a depressant, and bc beta blockers affect different people in different ways (but one pretty consistent way is, it lowers your blood pressure into the basement) -- then, no. Drinking on beta b's is bad idea.

Drinking on any kind of anti-d is highly discouraged as well.
If I drink w/ my Cymbalta, it takes about three sips and I just wanna fall down & go to sleep. Course, that could also be bc I really don't drink, so my tolerance is non-existent anymore.

Be careful, K?

Chyia, wondering whether I should worry?

i'm not depressed or anything, but i've done the whole ß's/a couple bottles of rosé vry casually for awhile now & enjoyed it quite a bit.

but people've told me that it's a one-way ticket to d34th. smthing about the ß's being too strong of a depressant to mix with alcohol.

but prozac/zoloft/all those other weaker anti-depressants should be fine. it's just the bipolar/anxiety/ß-blockers that you gotta watch out for.
