Describe your suicide attempts and why they were unsuccessful. Any plans for the future?

a long time ago, i jumped out of a moving car, off look out point. i only got a concussion, they had to shave a lot of my hair off, i got 22 stitches.

i'll never try again, i think you go when it's your time, no matter what you do. if i were old, and in pain, who knows, i may not want to be a burdon.

I took a bunch of pills last October, and I can't remember what happened in between taking the last of pills and waking up in the emergency room, at least not fully. I remember quick flashes, and that's about it. Not a fun time in my life.
And I also had a cathdar put it in, talk about a pain in the pisshole, but I was completely out at the time they put it in.

I don't plan on doing that again anytime soon.

the above post reminds me of another time, a LONG time ago, after being raped, i took as many tranquilizers as i could- i bought 1,000. with a big bottle of peppermint shnaps (sp?) and an empty syringe was found. idk what was in it.

how it didn't work- my phone was off the hook and two of my friends just knew something was wrong, and had the manager open my door.

i had to detox in hospital-a month of hell. even though it's the best hospital. even when i got out, i was hallucinating. really horrible.

anyone thinking of trying to off themself- don't try it, it doesn't work!

and the younger you are, the harder, i guess. you bounce back.
it works if it's your time to go, or something like that. imo.
