Where do I draw the line..

between being paranoid versus realistic over co-workers being against me or rather in favour of somebody else?

I love my job, work extra hours, yet this co-worker takes off every other week, yet she gets the glory because 2 other co-workers who have been there longer like her?

Do I tell my supervisor? Sometimes I feel I came a long way for some people to step over me just because they side with the one who has material goods on her side.

Does anyone feel the same way? Should I "document" the injustices? Should I even trust someone at work and let them know how I feel?

you fucking get over it because that is human nature. unless you want to go scribble in journals in the woods somewhere, you'll have to live [and work] with it.

Scribbling in the woods may be something to consider. Work places bring the worst out in people--the woods can bring out the best in you. The two can make for a balanced life where you don't concern yourself with all the drama of egos and politics.

there will always be people that you don't like that you have to be with.

i've really disliked some people at work, until i got to know them. if you made friends with this person, she'd show you how to take time off. possibly.
