What is happiness: peace, quiet, freedom, joy --money, status, admiration, security?

Well, all of those things, for the most part, are all in what each individual thinks they are.

For example, MONEY: money, to some, is great and it's salvation and it's everything. To others it's dangerous and the cause of all evil.
