No its illegal to have shipped in or be in possesion of viable(live/growable) pot seeds in the U.S.A. At least thats what I understand the law to be.

my friend and i have been meaning to do this for, like, two years. she sent off for some seeds as well and they arrived but our house last year was such a tip and we managed to lose the little envelope amidst the chaos and never got round to doing it again...

I talked to this guy that is like, King Expert on marijuana and everything about it.. and he said its so risky to purchase seeds from other countries and have them shipped to the US. I don't wanna take a chance... which sucks, because I was really pumped to do this

I would not do this. Any mail out of the Netherlands is probably going to get looked at here in the U.S. by "big brother" with increased scrutney just because of it coming from there. Not worth the chance imo. The U.S. government is into spying on its citizens at an unbelivable rate. Some "land of the free" we in the U.S. live in .
