i cant stop thinking about the world, dying, awful things. i know this is normal. but.. what do you do to stop thinking ****? How do you "get by" or whatever, i just can't bring myself up from it, usually i manage. but now it's boring and i want to try and get over it, i hate thinking too much. any advice? what do you tell yourself to make yourselves feel better?

sorry for this depressing thread but

Movies usually work in the short-term but it has to be in the movie theater, not DVDs. Go out and go sit in the dark theater. I go by myself. So do that unless going to the movies by yourself seems even more depressing.

bike
good music
walking
shopping

yoga or sleep
i really really love sleep

don't suppose my snail mail has gotten to you yet already?

yeah im lacking cash at the moment but that sounds like a good idea (going to the cinema alone) amelie style. in fact maybe ill just watch amelie later, she wont fail to dissapoint hopefully. xx
