self-help?

is this a bunch of shit? i have had depression since childhood, and i've had it under control for several years. i'm starting to not feel so well again and i know i'm thinking very negatively. i am really busy with school and work and don't have much time to see a therapist. anyone know of any life changing books, advice, etc? i already eat well, take meds, and exercise every day.

I've never been into self-help too much.... though some more philosophical novels have really helped me through rough patches.

When I am thinking negatively/panicking, I either go for a walk or tell my brain to shut up and force myself to think about/do something else.
