i went on it for about 6 months but it made me a gain a lot of weight and it didn't really change my skin at all ... which actually wasn't even bad but now that i've come off it has gotten a bit worse!

I was on it for four years. I didn't really have any side effects on it- the only problem was in the end I got breakthrough bleeding, which hasn't gone away despite multiple pill changes, and it was the same with my two friends who were on it for four+ years. However, it is only recommended by the makers of it for 6 months to 2 years, so you shouldn't have that problem.

I personally thought it was a pretty good pill and didn't merit all the bad press it gets.
