I have recently been prescribed Mirtazapine, I'm already on various other meds including Quetiapine (anti-psych). Last week I had my usual meds but in the box labeled Mirtazapine there was Olanzapine (which I know is an anti-psychotic. I thought Mirtazapine was an antidepressant? Was wondering if anyone knows are they the same thing, or have the chemist got confused and put wrong meds in the box?

Adice greatfully recieved so I can continue with med happily or if I should ask pharmacy, or double check when I get next prescription?

They are certainly not the same thing. Check with your pharmacist, or your doctor in case one of them screwed up or changed anything without letting you know.
