Journaling as therapy...

Writing in my journal has always been the best form of therapy for me. To the point where I start feeling weird and not at ease if I haven't written in a few days. Does anyone else here feel like that?

yes. i find writing in my journal very therapeutic & helpful, it allows me to rearrange my mind & centre myself properly on things. i don't write every day - but i don't like going more than a week without a nice, thoughtful entry.

yeah, i keep a journal.it helps me keep track of myself and work things out, and looking back through it gives me perspective.

I do that, more as artistic expression than therapy, but it helps to get things out in the open, and writing them down is doing that.

i think journaling is the best possible therapy.
that said, i'm not as consistent as i wish i were.

when i have kids, i want to raise them with the habit of keeping a regular journal.
