i think everyone in here concentrates far too much on bad things and i'm sure reading thread after thread on depression doesn't really do much for anyone's wellbeing, right?

so post pictures, post lists of things that make you happy. share things with other people. just things that make you feel great about yourself and the world and people around you no matter how small.

i'll start.

watching kids films
cooking
doing makeovers with my sisters
laying in a nice hot bubble bath with a book
walking through the park
looking at photos

i have more but i need to go think. post post post.

Doctor Who
Films with lesbian teens
Playing tennis
Teh KRZ (funnily enough)
Playing hockey

oh yay I like this thread. Things that make me happy:

My boyfriend when he laughs.
Laughing with other people to the point where your belly hurts and your face hurts but you can't stop and you just keep setting each other off.
My cats
Baby animals

I wish I could run a cattery and get to play with kittens all the time.

Little miniature things but not spiders.
Good books
Writing in my head
Writing something on paper that looks like it did in my head
Pictures of tarsiers, especially their stick insect hands

Orangutangs

Actually I wish I could own a zoo, with a little for pet animals too.

Talking to my brother when he sounds happy.
Lying outside in the grass with someone when its sunny.
Hearing the rain on your window and other people outside running past when you're tucked up in bed.
Certain colours.
Hearing your alarm go off and knowing you don't have to get up.
Watching iceskating on tv with my friend and eating pasta with cheese.
