| ah, insomnia. as recommended by my MANY doctors:
no caffeine for two weeks, if you can stand it.
don't stay in bed unless yr tired
don't do anything in bed apart from sleep and/or sex
meditate
don't watch anything that might make you anxious on tv/film
meds-at the very least you can take some non-prescription allergy medicine
don't take naps
i forget the rest, i'll try and find the paper my doctor gave me |
