| yeah deffo. quite regually
i was feeling like that for the past sort of two weeks, i blamed it on a combination of lovely menstruation stress, general life stresses eg. college work and people, lack of refreshing proper SLEEP and living off a diet of coffee and chocolate. sometiemes these things all get on top of you and you dont realise that it is, or what it is thats making you feel "not yourself"
if you dont already, make sure youre eating well and sleeping well that will certainly help the matters a lil bit
