i have quite severe and often very severe headaches above my left eye, sometimes it feels like it is in my left eye. theyre bad, incapacitating in the same way as a migraine.

this is often followed by severe nose bleed. lots of blood, wont stop for at least 20 minutes.

all i can find is stuff about headaches AFTER a nose bleed but that's not how it works for me.

i will see a doctor about this but i guess im wondering if anyone else experiences this. or anything like it.

my cousin would get nosebleeds with migraines.

the headaches do but not the bleeding.

it seems strange to me but today at work an awful incident happened and it made me extremely upset, i cried alot. and then a hideous nose bleed. all together with a severe headache.

oh i had the worst day today. i sort of want to die. for many reasons.
