yoga

there must be people here that do yoga. i am starting a beginning kundalini series tomorrow. the only other time i have done yoga was at golds gym and i was not very impressed. i was a bit bored. i have to admit i feel yoga has a trendy stigma that has kept me away from it in the past. a friend i respect highly recommended kundalini to me specifically. does anyone have any experience with it versus other types of yoga? i am wondering what to expect from it.

I'm into philosophical aspects of Yoga not physical. So far my body is more balanced then my mind. However if mind is a central point, body can not be healthy without healthy mind...

Good luck with getting your feet behind your ears.

Good luck with it. I would love to try Yoga but I can't afford a class at the moment.
