I think I have a trapped nerve in my shoulder, all my right arm and shoulder are killing me and I can barely move it.
Paracetamol isn't helping :/

where did you get the idea of a trapped nerve from?
It could be any number of things.

AS for the pain.....you can buy Naproxen over the counter. I work for Orthopedic surgeons and that is what they recommend to patients as far as an over the counter (OTC) remedy goes.

School nurse said it was a trapped nerve. Thanks for the advice!

you could also try applying a heat pack to the pain. It may ease it slightly.
