| ADVICE: Take this supplement for the rest of eternity. I personally believe taking Korean Ginseng on a daily basis is one of the smartest things one could do for their health. I think it may be even healthier than a multivitamin. The effects are so beneficial in every category you could think of, but mainly with anxiety and depression.
When you are under stress, your stress glands get weaker and weaker, leading to dependency of stimulants such as caffeine and nicotine. Ever wonder why most people start off the morning with a cup of coffee? Because their stress glands need the stimulation to keep them awake, but over time.. this will take a wear on your mental and physical stability.
Korean Ginseng strengthens your body, mainly due to their stress gland support. I know from experience, I was under extreme stress for a year, living with a schizophrenic that was off of their medicine, causing me to have a nervous breakdown (literally) .. I was so out of it for so long, about 2 years. I remember having the worst symptoms, not being able to talk, not being able to make facial expressions, not being able to believe that my life was reality, feeling like my soul was ripped out of my body, EVERYTHING you could imagine.
The only way I got better was with Korean Ginseng (and a few other products that my Doctor suggested, but since most of you weren't at the state that I was at, you can exclude these) and a healthier lifestyle. (alot less caffeine mainly. caffeine is like stress in atom form)
