BUMPY BUMP BUMP
i keep having well fucked up nightmares. i normally wake up feeling really horrible and panicky in the mornings. and sometimes it wrecks my day(seriousluy i know)anyway, its well NASTY.
also quite often when i just lie there and am about to fall asleep i always bolt upright as soon i as fall asleep, and have panic attack
last night i was popping off to sleep FINALLY after hours of lying there, (it must have been about 10 minutes of sleeping) i started having well weird nightmare about a SHAPE (yes. wtf) and then i woke up and IT WAS THERE ABOVE MY HEAD IN REAL LIFE GETTING BIGGER (but i was obviously dreaming still, awake or something more normal, just dont tell me that it was a ghost) anyway i screamed and turned the light on and then fell straight to sleep again. and now i feel too wierd to even attempt to sleep because all i do is HAVE THESE BASTARD NIGHTMARES and feel fucked up sleeping. i HATE it
what the hell makes them go away?? its litrally every single night lately
