Its been really cold and wet for the past couple of weeks where I live. I also just got over a sinus infection. The infection is gone, but now I'm coming down with something else. I've been taking Motrin (the kind for colds) since last night, yet I feel worse today. What do you guys suggest I pick up from the drugstore tonight? Also, should I take echinacea? Will that do anything?

I have been told that echinacea only works if you take it as a preventive rather than a cure so take it as soon as people around you are getting ill but I still take it when I get ill anyway and loads of vitamin c and warm water with lmeon, honey and ginger in it.
