here's the story.
i'm 21, female, healthy.
but for over 2 weeks i've been in this really weird place, where i'm convinced i'm loosing my mind. my memory has been really, nonexistant almost and overall i don't feel super sane. i've been physically shaking, to the point where you can see my handwriting looks strange, etc because of it. also, my period is 2 weeks late, i'm nauseous all the time, congested, and EXHAUSTED. i slept for 21 hours yesterday, and could go back to sleep right now.
i called Kaiser (my healthcare provider) to speak to an advice nurse about what's going on, and she said "don't worry". they ALWAYS tell me 'don't worry'. when i had a necrotic brown recluse bite that was eating away my tissue and skin, and fucking up my liver and kindey functions they said -- don't worry. when i had blood pressure that was so low it was making me feel like i was going to pass out, they said, don't worry. they said they could make an appointment for next thursday (it's saturday right now), and i said fuck that.
i know there are some
KR nurses here, and perhaps they could help. here's a symptom breakdown:
- near constant nausea & cramping (allover body cramping)
- congestion, with some blood in it when i cough it up
- fatigue
- low blood pressure
- late period
- shaking/loss of ballence
- temporary memory loss
- ears feel infected, and angry, and it's hard to hear
- i just got over having mono
i havent had sex since Oct. 1st.. so i can't be pregnant. unless there's some special way semen can hide in a corner and then come out whenever it pleases, that i don't know about.
or should i really not worry about it? is the mono resurging?
it's been two weeks of this.
