i've had quite a heavy weekend of drinking and i feel really bad today, like upset but about nothing in particular and it's really weird and horrible. i dont normally get like this. i really feel like i need to stop drinking for a while.
does anyone else ever get like this? how can you stop it?
I'd suggest grabbing yourself another drink, but that's probably not the answer you're looking for. An alternative would be to eat something healthy, maybe go for a walk, listen to some good music or read a good book. Preferably not anything by Sylvia Plath.
i kind of just want to go to sleep but then it will be monday and i will have to go to work.
I always feel like that on a Sunday. It usually results in me staying up until stupid o' clock in the morning and then feeling like hell on Monday morning. I should really pursue a healthier lifestyle.
