god ive just been like that. i went by the three strikes rule. the last three times ive been drinking ive just ended up ****, depressed or doing something stupid and not having fun. i had a break and need to get myself back to a bit of a stable happy state. tomorrow night im going out drinking. i dont know why i feel better, but i do.
i think its a positive outlook that will do it.

I tried to stop drinking after having a few silly sessions and doing dumb ****, but it hasn't lasted very well. I keep going for the occasional wee pints with friends, and I'm sure they're what's doing half of the damage!

sleep it off. seriously.
or just cut out drinking all together, because it's so ****ing bad.
well, binge-drinking anyway.

it's a really good idea to smoke some pot on the come-down. well, i think so.

On wednesday night me and my friend went wild and got extremely drunk, which i regret and feel immature for admitting.. i mean, a college night and everything..

well today - i've been crying non stop, being all emotional to my boyfriend, shouting at people..

i havn't felt hungover since the early hours of the morning.
and im not due on my period for a couple of weeks. I wondered if it had anything to do with my excessive drinking the night before..? it isn't me.
and i feel like a ***** today.

do people get all emotional and unbearable the day after drinking.. without a hangover?
