seriously it was so gross
i was almost sick
i thought like it would be no problem, it didnt hurt or anything but then i started to THINK about it, i wasnt looking and i could feel the needle going in but that was ok but because i wasnt looking i was thinking about it and then she took ages so i asked what she was doing and she filled up 4 things full of blood, then i looked at thoes and was like WTF why is there so much bahlaal then i looked closer and it was SO red and has like bits floating around then i felt dizzy and like i was going to actually be sick
i cant stop thinking about it
argh
im such a whimp?! i cant believe it!
and now my arm really hurts

Why did you make the test?!

yuk i know it is awful, and it usually takes at least 4 attempts to find a vein, then it always hurts more. then you can feel it moving around.

i give blood now though so im used to a bit more, but i always get dead arm and feel like **** for the rest of the day.

also when you donate blood, does anyone else loose fitness afterwards? ive been told i shouldn't do it anymore as i loose match fitness, but i do it anyway as its such a good cause.
