blah blah blah another girly pms problem

ok i'm wondering how to gauge if your menstural mood swings are normal or not.

what constitues 'normal'. i mean, clearly if you're feeling really angry or sad or whatever due to horomone level drops, and it's due to Pms it's out of your hands, but when do you know when your swings are like.. needing medical help.

Well I doubt there is a hard and fast criteria for "your moods are normal vs you are a PMS psycho" but I imagine that if your moods scare you or other people, then its time to get help.

ShyViolet has disabled reputation
If it's really negatively affecting your life or if you feel like you're unable to control it, get help. I never have really noticable mood swings, except maybe on the first day of my period when I feel like shit. But that's it.

^ like ShyViolet said, if you feel that you're not able to control yourself
see your physician. There's medications that can help these symptoms.
In the past, my PMS headaches were horrible. A few times, moodiness
from it got me in trouble at work.
