| hallucinations I know they're from lack of sleep but yikes. Stupid little things, for example a good friend of mine has tapestry hanging over his window. The tapestry would swing back and forth from the corner of my eye. This happened yesterday, and it caught me off guard.
Or my mind delays a bit, so that when someone passes me by, I see them pass by maybe a second and a half late when they've already made it in front of me. Walls shaking, things of that nature.
And I've noticed a slight incline of paranoia. Which is not to say I'm a paranoid peson to begin with, but over the past couple of days I can't tell the distinction between expressions people give me. It feels at times like everyone's glaring at me, although I'm well enough in the head to know that's not the case.
At night it gets obnoxious, I don't think I've yet hallucinated during the day, and I assume it's because by the time I'm finished with a full day my mind and body are exhausted.
Anyone ever experience this? I've heard about it but this is the first time I've actually experienced it. Looks like I'm in for a full night of sleep tonight if I know what's good for me. |
