When ive had a heavy night out on the beer my eyes always have a yellowy tinge the next day, just drink lots of water and try to have 3 days a week without alcohol to give your liver a break.
milk thistle is a good thing to take also. its an anti-oxidant thats really good for your liver. when i go out drinking i always take it the day off and the day after and my eyes are never as bad the next day, and it actually helped my skin also.
there's another thing that causes yellow patches on the eye, it normally happens after the age of 40 but i forget what it's called. the doctor can tell you what the problem is anyway

liver problems can be caused by all sorts of things, not just alcohol or dehydration. i think it's best to get it ruled out by a professional.
if you don't want to see the doctor, you could ask a pharmacist's opinion too.
i googled milk thistle and it seems it can **** with oral contraceptives.
