I have run my last three packets of pills together in order to skip periods for various reasons and was wondering if it's ok to run a fourth one through. I assumed it was but one of my friends seems to think that three is the maximum number of packets you can run together before they lose effectiveness Is this just wrong? I can't find anywhere in my packet that says a limit to the amount of time you can go without a break so wondered if anyone here has a definite answer?

There isn't a limit, but by month 4 its quite likely you will get break through bleeding. It will still be as effective at protecting against pregnancy though.

Yes,There is no limit but 4 months is really too much-if you don`t have a break now-don`t wonder if somewhere during your next packet you bleed..
I`ve only done this kind of thing with 2 packets together
