Try to eat something a little more substantial than pizza. Try to find some good soups, eat a little fruit and veggies if you can, drink some warm cider. Take a warm bath or shower to help with the aches and pains (epsom salt helps), vitamin c it up (tablets, oj...whatever), and although you spent a lot of time in bed, your body needs rest. Your sick so your kind of at your worst and the body repairs itself while sleeping. I suggest nyquil as a good stand by. It will allow your body to relax and just let you sleep. Exercise is soooo not a good idea when your sick. Your body is not up to the physical demands of working out....that's why you always see those warnings on exercise machines at the gym (if sick...stop!). I know you have a lot of work to do but pace yourself. Study as much as you physically can but if you simply don't feel up for it, don't force too much. Maybe you can do less shifts at work, find people to cover for you...something. Good luck.
