I think I just made it worse if I already had IBS or it made me get it or something but I dunno I'm no dr but I was told the two are linked somehow.
I still have my group which is good I'm the youngest person at the group and there is currently only two of us there as 1 of the girls is really sick and can't come in and one is in hospital so its a small group but a friendly and very helpful one.
