| | | Migraines Lately I've been getting migraines/head aches. Only in the past 2 weeks but have been frequent and really painful. Its strange because I've never had them before and rarely had head aches. I got told they are stress related which COULD explain why but I'm not convinced. How do you deal with them? |

| | | There can be alot of different triggers for migraines, I still haven't worked out what all of mine are, but stress definitely doesn't help.
If I don't eat enough, I'll often end up with a migraine...I can't really skip meals. MSG is something I've only recently realised triggers them if I eat too much of it.
Also just not sleeping well, or being overtired can do it. |

| | | Migraines and bad headaches aren't the same thing. What you're having could be stress related but it could be from other things too, vision problems or eyes strain, dental issues, neck or back problems, sleep problems, sinus problems or allergies. If it's happening frequently and it's started suddenly you really should see a doctor, especially since this is a new thing for you. |
