tracy beat me too it, i was going to suggest chewing it, but make sure you have something to drink after because some people think it tastes nasty. I don't i think it tastes awesome but maybe that's because i assosiate it with the feeling of not giving a fuck about anything.

and yeah, 5mg is almost nothing but if you've never had it before it will probably make you feel quite relaxed.

i just took 100mg and it hasn't done shit.

anything ending in 'pam' is generally pretty good. i believe valium is diazepam? i take lorazepam and oxazepam, and they're great for anxiety.
but i wouldn't suggest snorting them. they do get you pretty high, depending of course on the dosage... but be prepared to fall asleep.

when i was a pot head back in the day, i'd tried a few 'snow cones' with a variety of pills and powders. the valium type knocks you out and gets you mega stoned - like drooling, nodding off, unable to talk, similar to a small heroin dosage without the initial buzz kick.
