Depression

How do you deal with it when you feel a depression coming up?
Do you try to fight it? If so, how?
How does a depression feel for you?
what are your thoughts when you are depressed?
What do you think could be a trigger for your depression?

i have been on prozac for about 3 months now, it's really helped me cope. i overreact a lot less now. however, going back to college has brought me back down a fair bit again, so i guess it doesn't solve everything.

yes. strange when your brain is caught deep in the complexities of depression that something as simple as exercise can make it all go away.
