I eat a shitload of chocolate and caffeine drinks. Basically, caloric food in general... the stomach just has to be PACKED. You gotta fill something up.
What I hate the most is when I get NEEDY. It's humiliating.
Listening to music helps, but it's usually when I'm in the computer - I just HAVE to be on msn and end up distracting myself with bullshit. I wish there were other healthier ways to calm the shit down besides that... sleeping doesn't really work, unless when I take painkillers & beer, and that isn't healthy either. |
