ways to cope with stress?



how do you deal with it?

i've been getting lots of health problems lately, and apparently they're all stress related. i just can't seem to relax.

any suggestions? what works for you?

Find something disposable, or at least easily replaceable, and break it. Throw it from a high-ish building down onto a car park. Smashy. It can really satisfy, like Snickers. Or, if wet, Marathon.

Maybe take it something that you can channel your stress into, like join a gym or take up yoga.

You should lie in bed when you wake up in the morning and do some deep breathing for about 15 minutes. Try another session of this in the afternoon.

school and work mostly. i feel the need to perform really well all the time, so i tend to worry a lot.
