nashville actually has a pretty booming homeless population. i guess we are just better at hiding it than most cities. we have a mild climate, so they tend to flock here during the winter/cooler months. plus we have an extraordinary amount of greenways and parks they can hang out on. despite closing at night, they are a homeless sleeping haven.

also, as a random aside, i would totally hang out with you irl.

btw, hollywood is a state of mind. irl, it's pretty seedy.
that's why i hate tv. propaganda. it's really cold at night, as soon as the sun sets, it semi arid.

more homeless here than anywhere else in u.s. - right outside my door!!!
i give away banana & blankets, but can't do much else, except treat these people as human, they have names. Jennifer sleeps on my street, too.

i know, you can't get too close, they'll follow you home & come over at 3am. & this is an expensive/trendy area, los feliz. so sad.
