I've heard that washing your face alot, help too. Because there is the toxins of the cigarette that get out by the face skin and it made you think about smoking again. So you wash your face to remove them. Change your habits. Keep yourself busy so you won't think about smoking but don't have sex. Because then you may want to smoke a cigarette after that.

you can easily quit smoking cold turkey. i smoked for 3 years straight and then just quit and never smoked again. i still smoke pot though.

i'm so critical about movies, but this was great fun, maybe un pc, but lots of gorgeous clothes.

it's always been silly fun, makes women look shallow, needy for men and their approval, but it's only a movie!
2 hours well spent! i went alone, but everyone there was SO into it, it was like watching with friends.
