i've tried that, just weighing once a month or so, and it's always been a disaster for me. i have to hold myself accountable daily or i gain. ive been weighing almost daily for almost a year now and have lost 30 pounds and kept it off while pregnant for the last five months. i tend to go HOG WILD if i dont have to face my choices on a daily basis. so it's sorta choosing the lesser evil, KWIM?
but brrooke, it's so hilarious! i would laugh at my apartment every single day. and yes, you have an absolute steal, i would never leave your place if i were you. it's so so beautiful. i love natural light.
essentially i am doing it to hopefully increase my sensitivity to insulin and leptin, reduce chronic inflammation (a causitive factor in heart disease, diabetes asthma ..etc), and hopefully lose weight.
tonight is only my second time fasting. i will let you know how it goes.
