my real name is emma doris. i just think all emmas are beige beige beige but emas with 1 m are ok. but for like 7 years i have used penny as my name. i hate my proper name so i just never use it. it was really weird going to europe and having uk people say my real name when they met me because i hear it like once a year said out loud. it felt quite foreign.

sounds like something you would do concerning a random person not someone you think of as a friend
not to say that she'd be happy to see someone/wouldnt get ****ed off anyway but i can see her thinking that it was instrusive rather than a caring act
is there someone close enough of a friend w. her that couldve gone over?
at this point idk what to say to undo how mad she must be at cops showing up
