When Does Posting in Almost Every Thread Become Spamming?

i always wondered.

while i'm asking, when does posting after someone (saying **** to **** me off/let innocent people know what a maniac they are,ect), every single time they post, to be called harassment?

I don't think it counts as spamming if someone posts in every single thread but always on topic or taking part in conversation. If all or most of the posts are irrelevant and not part of any discussion, I think that's spamming. Like when Silvine would just try to make every thread about him, or just keep posting and posting **** that nobody was reading or responding to...

I can't answer the harrassment questions though.

I dont know the answer to this question, but I a gree that anyone who posts in many different threads, should be killed. Its right up there with child rape and cannibalism and not standing up for the pledge of allegiance imo.
