Feature: Homeopathic Help for Bad Skin

If I'm overstepping as a mod by sticking this thread let me know and I'll unstick but this worked for me.

After moving to England from North America (Canada) I developed really sensitive skin, weird rashes around my eyes, breakouts, blemishes... I've always had good skin and never had to work at it. I bought everything I could think would help, from boots organic to Clarins (their exfoliant is awesome, I recommend it as well but this isn't about that).

Nothing worked. I was miserable and couldn't wear makeup, couldn't use eyecreams because for the most part they burned. I was at the end of my rope and turned to something I hadn't considered before, homeopathic remedies.

After a bit of research I decided to try Evening Primrose Oil. It worked. My weird reactions stopped, my skin cleared up, the rashes went away.

If you're suffering from bad skin, try it.

** This DID work for me, but if you're concerned please consult a health practitioner, I'm not one, so please be responsible in dosage and consumption. **

wellness guide to dietary supplements : evening primrose oil

Evening primrose oil is rich in omega-6 fatty acids and one of these, gamma linolenic acid (GLA), has certain medicinal properties that may act as an anti-inflammatory for conditions such as arthritis, eczema, high blood pressure or hypertension. Evening primrose oil is also believed to help alleviate cramps associated with pre-menstrual symptoms, though this has yet to be scientifically proven. Eating fatty fish such as tuna, mackerel, salmon and herring, and using safflower, sunflower and rapeseed oils in cooking is the first step to increasing your intake of these acids. You can also consider taking a 2000-4000mg daily dose of an evening primrose oil supplement after consulting your doctor. source

NotWithoutMerit is on a distinguished road
Evening primrose oil is not a Homeopathic remedy.

I'm glad it worked for you though!
