i dont, i always feel so do thing half assed, i never go the whole way, there is alwasy something iv missed yknow? like havent plucked my eyebrows properly or rushed my hair . . .

some mornings i don't even brush my hair or put on makeup. just brush my teeth, put on deodorant, throw on jeans and a sweater.

i make the effort if i'm going out with friends or to dinner with the bf's family, but i don't make much effort on a daily basis. or i bring my makeup with me to work and do it in the bathroom.

I don't in the summer. Mostly because I feel like I'm just sweating my make-up off anyways.
I'll spend the time to look nice if I'm going out with friends, but not everyday.

Sometimes I do. I'll put on a bit more makeup, and fancier clothes. And I'll put contacts in instead of wearing my glasses. But for the most part, when I'm just sitting around at home, I won't have makeup, and I'll wear pjs, and my glasses.

yes but my hair is so thick & naturally wavy that sleek blowouts are the biggest pain (literally) in the arms

so sometimes ill throw the hair up in a fucked up bun and throw a little leave in conditioner in it

I feel like this a lot.....I haven't brushed my hair in about three years so I have that sort of messy beach hair that only rarely looks well.

And I don't wear a lot of makeup so yes, I feel like a slob quite often.

I think I put in enough, even if it's not much. My hair is always wavy and messy anyways (straightening it takes forever and if there's a speck of humidity it curls back up) so people don't even notice when I don't do anything to it and walk around with bedhead. I do tend to do makeup everyday but that's because I enjoy it. If I don't feel like doing anything i'll just put on jeans, some shirt, and flats, and mascara and lip balm.

Honestly, I'm ugly either way, so it doesn't make much of a difference.

I always wear makeup i need to wear it at all times.
I really only curl my hair but i have to have it down again at all times, i get nervous if its up because i can't hide . . yeah.

i always try to look at my best, even to go grocery shopping. it doesn't mean i always have to wear make-up or expensive clothes, but i always try to make an effort, even when i couldn't be bothered. it makes me feel better.

The majority of the time I am too lazy to put that much effort in. To be honest though even when I do put alot of effort in I still look like shit so meh whats the point.

I like to wear cool clothes but half the time I just don't see the point if I am going to be sitting around indoors and no one is going to see them, it feels like I have wasted an outfit lol. Plus I hardly see the point of getting dressed up to go out anymore, I have a boyfriend I don't need to attract men. My friends couldn't give a rats what I looked like...I think I am a bit disillusioned at the minute haha

I know what you mean, but my boyfriend tells me I look beautiful no matter what I am wearing so I don't have that much incentive to make more of an effort.

In most areas of my life I am far from messy, I am a bit of a perfectionist for having a tidy house, keeping things in order and so on but when it comes to clothes I normally couldn't give a stuff. It's strange really. I think I don't worry about clothes so much because even when I put an effort in it could still never look perfect so I don't try. I don't want to fail so I don't even try I guess.

I generally put in the effort. If I'm going to work I don't tend to quite as much, purely because I can't be arsed to get out of bed any earlier than I absolutely have to. So usually I just put my hair up in a ponytail and apply minimal make up. If I actually have more than two minutes to make myself look nice, then yeah, I'll straighten my hair and probably put a bit more make up on and decide on some nice jewelry and make sure I don't look like I just fell out of a jumble sale.

i do. It's quite sad really. This morning my GHD straightners broke, I could NOT go to work with an afro, so at 8:45 this morning, I was banging on Toni & Guy salon's door demanding they sell me some straighteners immediately.
