i was making my own for awhile but my current favorite is a really inexpensive one from the drugstore called queen helene mint julep scrub. the grains are really fine and the mint feels cool on your skin. i love it, have been using it daily in combination with an all natural/gentle face wash and moisturizer, and my skin has been great lately. no breakouts, blackheads, or dry patches.

Baking Soda.
And you -will- feel it.

Mix baking soda with your normal cleanser.
