aspirin...has anyone tried this? I tried it once and it worked really well.
It's better for oily skin though

take three aspirins (not Tylenol or ibroprofen because it's not aspirin) put them in the palm of your hand add a little water just enough to make the aspirin pasty (less than a teaspoon) and put it on your face. Scrub your skin in circular motion, rinse pat dry your face and it will feel really soft.

You can also for really oily skin use it as a mask. Just leave it on your face for 30 minutes. Then when it comes time to remove it, wet your fingertips and reactivate the aspirin by scrubbing your face in circular motion with your wet fingertips then rinse off, pat dry your face. It's going to be amazingly soft and have a healthy glow.

IF you like the results, you can try your next aspirin mask with honey to make it stick.

Another good exfoliating scrub is sugar and water. Just place suger in the palm of your hand, apply a little water just enough to make a paste and scrub your skin with it. This is good for all skin types. Sugar is also Glycolic acid which is derived from sugar canes.

Overlarge pores and blackheads-

Cleanse your face, apply pore strips. If your pores are clear of blackheads then proceed with this.

The problem with reoccuring blackheads and large pores is that large pores gets more dirt trapped into the pores so it seems like even after you get rid of blackheads they pop right back up so you need to close your pores.

The light method Before bedtime, get any type of citrus fruit...orange,lemon, pineapple (it can be canned). Rub the fruit on your skin making sure the citrus is penetrating the pores. Don't wash your face until the morning. After washing your face, your pores will be reduced in size. The results aren't as much as the next step but it will not dry out your skin as much.

Drastic pore reduction overnight This is best recommended for oily skin, large pores and after a blackhead removal treatment. This will dry out your skin which you will notice days after.

Now this is going to sound reaaallly strange but it actually works. Before bedtime: Rub citrus fruit of your choice on skin then find a handwash that isn't harsh on your hands but also contains citrus. Put the handwash gel on your face after you rub on the citrus fruit onto your face. Make sure you apply a light layer. When it dries, you won't be able to tell it exists through sight but it is there and this works. This is an overnight treatment and the face mask is dry on your face so you can toss and turn with no worries. In the morning, rinse off your face, pat dry skin, look in the mirror and you will notice a huge change in the appearance of pores.

Days after however your skin will get dry and flaky but don't panic. Make sure you keep your face moisturized and if you go out into the sun, wear sunscreen or suncreen makeup. After the dryness goes away usually in the days, your pores will still be small and your face will look revitalized.

getoverme is on a distinguished road
to the person who asked how often you should exfoliate, I think it's meant to be 2-3 times a week.

I like honey scrub out of it by benefit. It's probably fucking useless, I haven't noticed any changes to my face, but the smell is AMAZING.
