| | | It was bad. It almost all broke off and she wound up with extremely short hair that took years to grow back even into a bob. But she bleached her hair a lot and dyed it sometimes, and it only fell out after she got the perm. |

| | | how much bleach have you used? bleach it again if it's not in really shocking condition. then tone it again. that's about all i could recommend really. once you have it the shade you want, use a LOT of deep conditioning treatments, like everytime you wash your hair.
put the treatment on, get out of the shower, wrap plastic wrap around your hair and wait about 1/2 an hour before washing it out. it'll help the damage. the plastic locks in the heat from your head, and helps the treatment to work it's magic.

| | | go into whatever store you get your hair stuff from, and ask them about a real toner. the toner i have at home is so purple, it stains my hands.
or hell, do what i said and re-blech the darker parts. you don't have to bleach all of it, if it's mostly the colour you want it to be.
