Have you ever use it or more do you ALWAYS use it? I don't use the conditioner though...post away! ('yes', 'sometimes', or 'no') Or your own...

but then it did FUNNY things to my hair
and then I saw a huge kr thread about how it makes shit of your hair in the long run.

I tried the shampoo a couple years ago. It was alright the first few times I washed my hair. Then I found that it was too strong even with a good conditioner. My son hated it because after shampooing, he couldn't get a comb through his hair.

Gave me dandruff when I used it.

But I prolly said this in the thread that bleedingheart mentioned.

The general consensus with everyone I've ever talked to about it, KR and elsewhere, is that it's pretty rubbish.
