the ysl one is nice, but the problem with gloss is, it bleeds. hardcore.

for a sheerer black, try poppy king's lipstick queen black tie optional lipstick. she has a gloss pot too, but haven't tried it.

benefit used to do a sheer black called 'depth charge' which was good, and you could use it to darken other lip colours too. not sure if they still do it.

sephora do my favourite black lipstick, but it's pretty intense. try putting on a small amount over lip balm, blot and add some clear gloss like mac lipglass.

i wish i would have picked up that blue eyeshadow

i bought midnight media. you can layer it and do different looks with it which i like but it dries out fairly quickly. and you can forget about drinking anything even w a straw.

i've used it with bourdeauxline or whatever it's called eyeliner in a 1920s shape for a party and with burgundy liner base just out one day. i had to use the purple eyeliner to refine the edges and set it twice with powder but it looked awesome. really intense on pale skin.*

Chanel did a black colection too. too bad it's sold out

i bought out the rest of the black grease sticks at my mac counter.

b/c i mean. they've worked better than any other base (i wear a lot of black eyeshadow and dark colors) i've ever used.

and plus i've never bought out a product there before. so now i can say i have.

but really it was only 3 sticks.

i have used the eyeshadows everyday since i got them unless i was wearing a light color. probably the best investment there as well.
